We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase from TarnHaugh. If you are not completely satisfied with your shorts, skirts, or tops, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all refund requests.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
  • Defective or incorrect items will be fully refunded, including original shipping costs, upon verification.
